FITNESS CLASSES

 I will tailor each workout to your goals and fitness level to ensure you achieve the best results. I will support you the entire time by explaining the exercise, demonstrating each movement and offer expert guidance throughout the class. I will also provide constant feedback to ensure you're using the correct form to maximize your movement.

​Each class is £10 per session, 45 minutes and capped to 16 attendees.

06:15 - 07:00 AIRBIKE SPIN

Start your week strong with my high-energy spin class using the amazing Airbike machines. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cyclist, this class will provide varied intensity levels tailored to you. This will also consist of resistance exercises using bodyweight or kettlebell exercises to help you achieve your goals.

19:15 - 20:00 BOXING CIRCUIT 

Unlock your potential with a dynamic boxing circuit suitable for all skill levels. I will guide you through a high-energy workout that combines circuit training techniques, cardio and skill development based on training concepts of professional boxers. This will tone, improve agility and blitz those calories.

Andy is very imaginative and inspirational, he leads by example and no two workouts are ever the same! He caters for all abilities and provides alternative ways of completing the same exercise depending upon your level of fitness.
